I am a transmedia artist, video game developer, interactive media artist, playwright, animator, illustrator, director, editor, composer, educator, and journalist who is currently developing a groovy lil ghost cooking show. My work engages stop-motion, 2D/3D animation, video, performance, sound design, voice acting, projection mapping, world-building, and storytelling to present bespoke immersive artistic experiences for audiences.
My work has been exhibited at the Public Space 1 Open Air Media Festival (Iowa City, IA), Public Space 1 Artathon (Iowa City, IA), the 29th Annual Iowa Motion Picture Awards (Fairfield, IA), the David Thayer Theatre (Iowa City, IA), Alan MacVey Theatre (Iowa City, IA), Art Building West (Iowa City, IA), Visual Arts Building (Iowa City, IA), and the Eldorado National Forest (Sierra Nevada, CA).
I have been granted the Achievement in Animated Entertainment Award from the 29th Annual IMPA, created the first ever fully animated theatre production for the University of Iowa, and was a recipient of the Laurence Fairall Scholarship for journalistic writing.
